Design Features 

TF70 Tilt-mold Thermoforming Machine is a combination of mechanical,electrical and pneumatic components. with the 4 cam-controlled toggle lever system ensures high forming and punching forces.with the tilting movement to escape the crashing and clashing between the components to keep the excellent performance and stability.

The whole system is controlled by PLC,from the film winding to film rewinding.combines the preheating,material  feeding,heating,drawing,forming,cutting and stacking into one unit.once some problem occur, it an automatic stop the operation.

with the automatic control system, it is sending sheet by chain,cutting by mould knives,and stacking by overturnd mould.

With the operation of mould changing ,you can produce different products in one machine, and the mould could be made according to the customer's require.

We do leave some spare parts in the machine, you can change the voltage parts during the operation according to your demand.

We adopts the gear box to improve the performance and stability, as well as the maintenance. 

We adopts the Festo from Germany, MAC from U.S.A. PLC from Japan, all these components could be changed according to the customer's require.

Appilication
